A Note from Corina
by Corina Frasco
Winter 1999

This summer. Aaron's niece Corina, from South Dakota, spent time in Illinois. During the weeks she was here, Corina began training in Aikido at MATS and was able to take her ninth kyu yellow belt test before she left.

My experience at the dojo was both fun and challenging. I learned a lot of different techniques and had lots of fun with the other kids in my class. They helped me through the things I didn't understand, and I tried to help them by putting in a lot of effort.

The teachers were really great, and tried to help me the best that they could. I think that all the people who take classes at the dojo should consider themselves lucky to have teachers who spend so much time and effort just to share their knowledge.
